Store Pickup:

  • Orders can be picked up daily during store hours (mention your store hours here).
  • We'll send an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen option.
  • Choose from multiple shipping options with estimated delivery timelines displayed for each.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100 with 110 lb and 35 cubic feet limitation.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to Canada.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen option.
  • Choose from multiple shipping options with estimated delivery timelines displayed for each.
  • Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Pamadoor is not responsible for these charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns for unused and original condition items within 14 days of delivery.
  • A full refund will be issued for the order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pamadoor.store@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) in your email.
  • We will address each case individually and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

Refunds:
